Dear colleagues,
We will have a short Physics Working Group meeting today, Sept 16th at 11:00 am. F326 is reserved for those on site.
Let’s catch up on the data comparison / flux normalized yield studies. Alex will show a few slides on his comparisons for the rho, and we can discuss any questions concerning the procedure

Dear Collaborators,
at a recent Physics WG Meeting we voted to move forward with the collaboration-wide review of the Baryon-Antibaryon Cross Section paper. The authors have updated the paper draft previously circulated, and the draft is now ready for review by the full Collaboration. Please find the paper draft, including the full author list, and additional documentation at the following links:

PLEASE NOTE that are two methods to provide comments to the authors,
depending on the type of comment. Short or editorial comments should
be submitted through the form below. We expect most of the comments
will be of this sort. Logging onto this page requires an account or password -
information on this are available on the paper review wiki page.

Longer comments that may require some discussion with the authors should be
addressed to them through the paper review email list, so that we can
keep a record of these discussions: gluex-baryon-antibaryon-discussion at googlegroups.com<mailto:gluex-baryon-antibaryon-discussion at googlegroups.com>
More directions for both methods can be found at the following link: https://halldweb.jlab.org/wiki-private/index.php/Baryon_Antibaryon_Pairs_Analysis_Summary#Collaboration-wide_Review
Please let me know if you have any difficulty in submitting your comments.
===== The deadline for these comments is September 22nd (end of day) =====
Also, please review the author list and institutional affiliations and
let Justin and I know of any changes required.
Finally, ORCID identifiers are included in the author list. If you do not have an ORCID identifier, you can register for one at https://orcid.org/. If you already have an ORCID identifier, but it is not included in the author list for this paper, please fill out this Google form https://forms.gle/8BHMf92cva4q8qmr5 so it will be added to our membership database and included in the updated author list before publication.
Best regards and happy commenting!
Malte
