[Halld-physics] [EXTERNAL] Calibration & Production meeting at *2pm* tomorrow, Wednesday 17 September

Dear all,

Tomorrow's meeting will be at 2pm, with F326/7 reserved at JLab.  Please

I have a couple of reminders for the detector experts, about the 2025
dataset.

We were encouraged to start calibrations for batches 1-6 using monitoring
launch ver09.   Please keep the tables on the validation page
<https://halldweb.jlab.org/wiki/index.php/RunPeriod-2025-01_Validation#Calibrations >
updated with your progress.

And from Amy's email of September 9th:

The monitoring volunteers have finished labeling the occupancy plots for
runs 131593-132494, so it's your turn! What I need you to do now is

   - Go to PlotGrader <https://halldweb.jlab.org/PlotGrader/labeler.html >
   - Navigate to the *occupancy* plot for your subdetector
   (RunPeriod-2025-01/mon_ver01)
   - Use PlotGrader's settings menu (gear icon) to switch to Editor Mode
   - Follow the instructions for experts outlined here

      - To relabel a bad plot, click on the new label option, then click on
      the plot, then "Apply"
   - Let me know when you've finished. We're hoping to get this done by the
   next Calibration and Production meeting on September 17th. Please let me
   know if this will be a problem for you.

For this round of data quality monitoring, we are only looking at the
occupancy plots.   The TAGH and TAGM occupancies are on the same canvas,
TAGH_occupancy.
