[Halld-pid-upgrade] FDIRC Working Meetings

Hi all,

On the time scale of mid-November we need to develop a detailed design document for using the BaBar bars in a focusing DIRC design for GlueX.  The biweekly PID upgrade meetings aren't quite sufficient, given the level of work that is needed. 

We would like to keep the biweekly PID upgrade meetings where we can also continue evaluation of the cluster counting scheme and any other general PID upgrade discussion.

On the off weeks we plan to have a separate working group meeting on Thursday afternoon at 1:30.  This meeting will be directed at development of the FDIRC design only.  That is, we envision a small group meeting with a focus on the design document.  We propose to have our first meeting on October 10.  If you would like to attend this series of meetings and Thursday at 1:30 does not work for you, please let me know so we can consider adjusting the schedule.
