[Halld-pid-upgrade] No PID upgrade meeting tomorrow

Hi All,

After talking with John it seems we won't have a lot to discuss at a meeting tomorrow, and since some people are also traveling we're canceling tomorrow's meeting.  Here is a quick follow up on a couple items from the last meeting.

TDR planning: I copied the PAC 42 proposal to https://halldsvn.jlab.org/repos/trunk/docs/GlueXdoc/dirc_tdr/ for a starting point on the TDR for the October review.  I removed a few sections that aren't needed and I'll be going through to make a more detailed outline that we can fill in as we go.

Readout and Electronics: I met with Fernando last week about the electronics, and we're working on the list of specs/requirements in comparison to the CLAS12 RICH.  I need to talk more with Patrizia about the availability of the electronics that CLAS is using.   This will happen when she's back from travel in a little more than a week.

Mirror Development:  There's a meeting at MIT with the engineers planned for next Tuesday to get an update on the mirror status.

The next PID upgrade meeting will be Friday, May 1.  For those at JLab, I'll be putting the future meetings in Zimbra and I'll add those of you on this list to the meeting request.
