[Halld-pid-upgrade] PID upgrade meeting: Monday September 21 @ 10 am

Two quick questions related to the budget:

* Does the support line item include supporting the focusing boxes too?  I.e., do we need to add something in the focusing box section for supporting these boxes?

* How much power is used by the PMTs?  We're putting together an estimate of the shielding cost, but then if we do something simple like put a big iron box around the PMTs, do we need cooling (and how much)?  Also, do we want the shielding as a line item for the focusing box or the readout?
