Hi Mike,
Thanks for sending this around. The GlueX DIRC2015 proceedings are on the arXiv 1606.05645 and have been accepted by the editors, so I should have the JINST reference for you soon. The only other GlueX reference is the TDR http://argus.phys.uregina.ca/gluex/DocDB/0028/002809/003/dirc_tdr.pdf, but that's cited in the proceedings anyway.
