[Halld-pid-upgrade] DIRC Meeting tomorrow 11 am

Hi All,

As decided at today's meeting we will have 2 more meetings this year on Dec 2nd and 16th.  At the Dec 2nd meeting the primary topics will be the updated optical box design with the new diaphragms, monitoring of the bar boxes during transport, and water system.  For the Dec 16th meeting we'll plan to review the overall design as well as the installation strategy.
