Hi All,

We'll have a DIRC meeting on Friday, and the preliminary agenda is posted at https://halldweb.jlab.org/wiki/index.php/December_2,_2016_PID_Upgrade.   Please feel free to add to the agenda as needed.

Note: there is an all-hands meeting at JLab on Monday at 10:30 am, so I propose we begin the DIRC meeting 11:30 this week.  Please let me know if there is a conflict with this time.
