Jim and Jason,

From our end, the mirror box looks great.  Would it be possible to make the modification to the top mount point, that I’ve sketched (attached)?  Basically switching from the plain bore to a slot.

For clearance could the bottom support post also be lengthened by approx. 1.2 inches?  Current total length is 60.8 mm or 2.394 inches; the addition would make it 3.594 inches or 91.2 mm.  This addition would give us adequate clearance for everything underneath plus vertical adjustment room.  Not necessary to make it exact so if you’d like to callout a practical dimension for the overall that would be fine.

Lastly would it be a big issue to generate a model for the mirror box on the other end?  I don’t think it would be necessary to have every last detail installed; the plate shell with mounting point and post would be just fine.  It may be something you already have.  We’d just like to be able to put both boxes in, correctly oriented for each end, and do a sanity check.

I’ve updated the model of the focusing box in Dropbox, it can be found here:

This box weighs 483 kg or about 1060 lb without water, BarBoxes, or lifting eyes. The water adds another 180 kg  / 400 lb.
