[Halld-pid-upgrade] DIRC Meeting Today at 1 pm

Hi All,

We’ll have a DIRC meeting today at 1 pm.  The agenda is posted at https://halldweb.jlab.org/wiki/index.php/February_28,_2017_DIRC <https://halldweb.jlab.org/wiki/index.php/February_28,_2017_DIRC>, please add to it as needed.  This time slot (Tuesday at 1 pm) works for most people, so I suggest we stick with this for the remainder of the spring unless there are objections.
