[Halld-pid-upgrade] Cancel tomorrow's DIRC Meeting

Hi All,

I’m not aware of any major updates to discuss at tomorrow’s meeting, so I suggest we cancel the DIRC Meeting this week.  The mirror prototypes continue being tested and remain in the same state as the last evaluation https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/3922828.
