[Halld-pid-upgrade] Cancel today's DIRC Meeting

Hi All,

Sorry for the late notice, but I don’t think we have enough on the agenda to merit a DIRC meeting this morning.  Bill’s latest entry on the mirror prototypes can be found at https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/3934273, which shows no further degradation of the mirrors since the last inspection.

Let’s reconvene in 2 weeks to have a broader discussion about the analysis of the Spring/Summer 2020 data, including the status of the software and simulations to match the produced data.
