[Halld-pid] TOF Fastrack schedule

  Folks,

I've posted the Fastrack schedule for TOF construction that Elton 
generated to the DocDB as GlueX Note 1574. Find it at

There are two versions so far. The original that Elton sent to some of 
us on Monday (v1) and an updated version (v2) reflecting changes 
discussed at yesterday's meeting with Paul, Elton, Eugene, and myself.
