[Halld-pid] no GlueX TOF Meeting this week

Folks,

I spoke with Paul yesterday. We discussed moving the TOF meeting from 
Friday at 2 pm to Thursday at 11 am. Please let us know if you would 
have problems with this change.

For this week, unfortunately, this time is not good for me. And Paul 
will be traveling on Friday, so the old time is no good as well. Given 
this, let's skip this week's meeting.

There are a lot of items that do need attention on a short time scale, 
so we need to pursue them using other communication channels until the 
next meeting.
