GlueX TOF Meeting, June 21, 2012
Minutes

    Present:
      * FSU: Kurt Koetz, Sasha Ostrovidov, Randall Smith, Ian Winger
      * JLab: Chuck Hutton, Mark Ito (chair), Beni Zihlmann

Calibration and Alignment

    Mark asked Sasha and Beni to come up with a plan.

Contract Status

    JLab is waiting for FSU to send a response to technical questions about
    their proposal.

Mechanical Design

    We agreed the the FSU team should review the drawings Chuck produced
    and come up with some discussion items. Mark will email the PDF's to
    Randall, Kurt, and Ian. They are also posted [19]on the web.

TDC Choice

    Eugene has pointed out the difficulty of a significant cost increase
    [20]on the email list. Also on the list, Sasha pointed out that the TDC
    he is using has 32 channels rather than 16. The cost estimate will have
    to be revisited.

    [Added in press] Eugene has revised [21]his estimate. Still the cost
    increase is not insignificant.
