Hi Sasha,

every time the crate gets rebooted the discriminator thresholds are set
to a default value of 100 by the scaler program that is started after 
the boot
by the cron job.

if you want to change the threshold you have to do that yourself using a 
program.
If you do not have such a program I can provide you one.
