[Halld-pid] TOF meeting canceled[?]

Folks,

Not being aware of reports that need to be given, I am setting the 
default state of tomorrow's TOF meeting to "canceled". Please contact me 
if there are issues that need discussion, but if you do not hear from 
me, we will not be meeting.
