Announcements
Shifts start tomorrow morning 8 am.
Review minutes from the meeting on August 9
We went over the minutes
<https://halldweb.jlab.org/wiki/index.php/GlueX_Start_Counter_Meeting,_August_9,_2018#Minutes>.
On run readiness, Beni has once again moved the start counter to ready
on the HCO list after looking at scalers on Monday. The problem with
temperatures reported last time was indeed a disconnected cable; it was
plugged back in weeks ago.
NIM Paper
Mark reported that Eric Pooser has nearly completed putting in the edits
from Elton and Beni and has trimmed some parts from the paper. A new
version is expected presently.
Collaboration Meeting
Mahmoud will give a 20 minute talk at the meeting on the latest
propagation time calibration, efficiency and resolution as a function of
z, and comparisons between data and Monte Carlo.
Sean mentioned that there is a new set if simulations coming that should
be used to re-evaluate the Monte Carlo results when they become available.
