[Halld-pid] TOF PMTs at JLAB

Of the 30 PMTs recently purchased, 25 are at FSU and 5 are at JLAB.

How many of the JLAB 5 are available for the upgrade?    As mentioned at the
meeting, 1 was modified, 1 given to Elton, and the remaining 3 Beni has.

So out of the 5, is it 3 or 4?
