[Halld-pid] TOF PMTs at JLAB

Paul et al.,

I know Chris Stanislav has at least two of them in his lab, in the new 
location, in the EEL. One of them had signs of modification, but I could 
be wrong about that.

There is the one that was modified for the test of the base-resident 
amplifier. That is still in the Hall AFAIK. And there is the one that is 
on the other side of that test counter.

Beni asked me today about the mini-TOF. Are there tubes on it that could 
be used?

Can we claw back the one Elton (allegedly) has?
