[Halld-tagger] working group meeting starting

Colleagues,

I know we are just coming off the collaboration meeting last Friday, but I think we should meet at our regular time anyway, just to go over plans for the upcoming beam test and what should go into the request to Hall B.  The agenda is in the usual place on the wiki.
