[Halld-tagger] photon flux control

Hi, Richard,

Attached file is the slides I put together regarding to the photon flux control. I would appreciate very much if Dan Sober or other people in the group could comment on it. We need understand  our requirement in order to have dialogue with accelator group regarding to the minimum beam current to the Hall.

I will be away for three weeks starting on July 5. Therefore I will not attend the next beamline meeting. It would be great if you could give a presentation based on our discussion. Thanks!
