[Halld-tagger] Hall D radiator target plans/schedule?

Hello Todd,

Good question, to which I don't have a ready-made answer.  I could shoot
from the hip, but would prefer to raise it at the collaboration meeting and
get an agreed-upon list to submit to you.  Does that make sense?  I think
that Hovanes has already been thinking about that question, but there are
others who will also want to have input.
