[Halld-tagger] Hall D radiator target plans/schedule?

Tim is already making an insertion device which will allow us to have
at least 3 targets near the goniometer (10^-4,10^-3, 10^-4). With some 
modifications
to the ladder design, we can have four targets (if you think that we 
will need four amorphous
targets, then please let Tim know very soon). These will be amorphous 
radiators,
not diamond crystals for  coherent bremsstrahlung , and according to the 
last version of
the schedule that I have seen, it is not unrealistic to have them by 
spring of 2014. With these
targets we can attempt to tune the photon beam into the hall and use the 
lessons in the fall, if
we get any beam time on this targets.

I agree that we need to finalize the number of the targets and even 
their thicknesses at this
collaborations meeting.
