[Halld-tagger] rearrangement of times for the beamline session

Hello all,

I have run into a conflict with a Nobel colloquium here at UConn, and have
had to rearrange the time and sequence of the talks in the beamline
session.  Can everyone look at the new schedule (linked below) and let me
know if this causes problems for anyone?
