[Halld-tagger] photon beam working group meeting this morning

Fernando,

What do you propose for the Vbias and low voltage supplies for the
microscope?  One idea would be to replicate what you are using for the pair
spectrometer.  Another idea would be to go out and buy something different
and unique to our system.  I would be willing to go with either, and
appreciate your recommendation.
