[Halld-tagger] position of tagger quadrupole?

I have found Yang's Tosca-calculated map for the quadrupole.  The effective
length is about 32 cm, and the field values extend to a radius of 2 cm.  Is
that consistent with the installed device?
Can someone send me the installed position, so I can start using it in
raytracing?
