[Halld-tagger] Some raytracing with quadrupole and different radiator position

I have done some raytracing with the quadrupole in anticipation of upcoming
tests, and have posted a note on my web page:

I will be away for ~two weeks and cannot attend the Collaboration meeting,
either in person or remotely, but will get back to work on this by the end
of the month, so let me know if there are questions or corrections.
