[Halld-tagger] no photon beam working group on Monday

Dear colleagues,

Because of the collaboration meeting later on next week, I propose that we
cancel the beamline working group meeting on Monday morning. Any new issues
for presentation or discussion can be incorporated into the talks and
discussion during Thursday's beamline session. If there are strong
objections, please make those known today as I am out of town starting
tomorrow and over the weekend.
