[Halld-tagger] New PS skim files

Sean,

I have now finished the copy of all PS skims to grid storage at uconn. They
are available here for downloading or direct use from the osg by anyone. I
have a total of 18955 files, 17.9 TB. Does that agree with your records? If
so then you may mark any of these ps skims for deletion from the cache disk
at Jlab that are not needed by people doing analysis there.
