[Halld-tagger] photon beam working group mtg this AM

Dear colleagues,

Please remember our regular biweekly photon beam working group meeting that
takes place this morning at 11:30 EDT. A draft agenda has been posted in
the usual place on the wiki, linked below. I have made a slight
reorganization of the usual agenda to reflect the fact that our primary
effort has shifted from detector work to analysis, even though significant
aspects of detector / radiator work still remain in focus this summer.
Please add to / update the agenda as needed.
