[Halld-tagger] Correction to TPOL slides

I found an error in the slides that I showed yesterday. Fortunately it does not involve any corrections to the polarizations.

I had indicated that the results I showed included some 20 um diamond runs mixed in with 50um diamond runs, but a closer look at the runs I used showed that they are all 50 um diamond runs, and my run list almost matches up with what you get with the "@is_production and @status_approved" rcdb query.

I corrected my slides and updated the link on the meeting page. 
I also added a couple of slides listing the runs I used and the differences with the standard query.
