[Halld-tagger] Correction to TPOL slides

Hi Nathan,

Thanks for the update.

Run 11368 so it shouldn't be used in physics analyses.
Run 11552 was a test for Sasha (https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/3400961), so I suggest we skip that from the production.
Run 11532 and 11555 were just short runs, but I don't see a reason to exclude them.
