[Halld-tagger] Fall 2018 Rho Beam Asymmetry Spread Sheet

Dear Colleagues,

I compiled the beam asymmetry obtained from the rho analysis of the 
latest monitoring launch of this fall's data into a spread sheet:

It includes the mean values of the 0/90 and 45/135 asymmetries together 
with the run numbers and the corresponding time stamp. This can be used 
to correlate any changes to the beam tuning during the run.

In the attachment, I plotted this combined beam asymmetry against the 
run number. The vertical line at run 51037 indicates the change from 17 
to 47mum diamond.
