[Halld-tagger] [EXTERNAL] beamline meeting on Monday cancelled

I want to keep the window to 150 samples. When we had 100 samples in the
window it was difficult to get a plateau region that was large enough for
the out-of-time subtraction.

It is very good news that the rates will be manageable :)
