[Halld-tagger] [EXTERNAL] photon beam working group mtg

Hi,

I can not make it to the meeting today. I messed up and scheduled another
meeting at the same time :(

Where I am at with the 2018 polarizations: I almost have all of the 75
micron convertor files for the Spring 2018 and Fall 2018 runs. There are
fewer than 100 individual files that are missing. I have run a preliminary
analysis with the files available and everything looks OK. I have not
encountered any unforeseen issues. I expect to have the finalized
polarizations given to the collaboration within 2 weeks from now. I'll
report on this during the next beamline meeting.
