[Halld-tagger] [EXTERNAL] photon beam working group meeting

Dear Colleagues,

Please remember our biweekly Photon Beam working group meeting today at
1:30 EDT. I have posted a draft agenda in the usual place on the wiki,
linked below.

One thing we should discuss at today's meeting is a list of tasks for the
Task Force on Photon Beam Flux, and who might be willing to contribute. The
primary questions this task force is asked to address are:

   1. Systematic uncertainties due to PS/tagger coincidence analysis
   2. Systematic uncertainties on PS acceptance from TAC analysis, scaling
   factors: converter thickness, etc.
   3. Target density factors: values provided by Chris Keith (collected by
   Alexandre)

Item #3 seems to already be taken care of, but some checks should be done
to verify consistency in the data. Substantial progress has been made by
the Primex group with items 1 and 2 over the past year, but that all needs
to be translated into improved tagger energy and flux tables for the runs
before and after Primex, and assignment of systematic errors to each for
the individual run periods.
