[Halld-tagger] [EXTERNAL] photon beam working group this afternoon

Dear colleagues,

I think we should meet today starting at 1:30pm EDT, and hear updates on
the various ongoing studies related to photon beam polarization and flux.
It would be good to hear updates on the TPOL polarimetry, latest results on
run-by-run polarization from the rho in the final 2020 production, as well
as any other issues that have arisen in analysis projects that relate to
beam systematics. I have an update on my work on the systematics of
different QED generators of BH events. Here is the link to the draft agenda.
