[Halld-tagger] [EXTERNAL] biweekly photon beam working group

Dear colleagues,

Please remember our biweekly photon beam working group meeting this
afternoon. Normally the meeting.starts at 1:30 EDT, but I propose to shift
the start time to 2:00 to better accommodate Andrew's class schedule. This
time we can keep the meeting to 30 minutes if there are conflicts at 2:30,
and we can talk about finding a better time that works for everyone. I have
posted a draft agenda on the wiki.linked below.
