Dear Richard,
We have another informal meeting on Mondays in the weeks opposite the amplitude analysis meeting. I would prefer the Wednesday 3pm slot.
Cheers,
Alex

Dear Richard,

Meeting Wednesday at 1:00 or 2:00 would interfere with the weekly MCC meeting at 1:30 that some of us (Typically Eugene, Beni, me, the current RC) attend. It would be only during run periods, but that is still a significant portion of the year.

Otherwise Monday 11:00, Wednesday 3:00 (or even 2:30) or Friday 11:00 is good for me.

Best regards,

Alexandre

Hello,

Our previous meeting time of 1:30 on Tuesdays conflicts with my schedule for the spring semester. This course wipes out a lot of my schedule because it meets 9:30-11:00 and then again 2:00-5:00 on Tuesday/Thursday. Basically my Tuesdays and Thursdays are wiped out. Please take a moment to indicate which of the following would work for you. All times are Eastern time zone. I have excluded early morning slots for the sake of colleagues connecting from western time zones.

  1. Monday 11:00 - opposite the Amplitude Analysis mtg
  2. Monday 1:00
  3. Wednesday 1:00
  4. Wednesday 2:00
  5. Wednesday 3:00 - opposite the Production & Analysis mtg.
  6. Friday 11:00 - opposite the NPP mtg.
