[Halld-tagger] [EXTERNAL] photon beam working group TODAY at 3:00EST

Dear Colleagues,

Thanks to all who responded to my request for a new time to meet this
semester. It seems that the best time will be meeting at 3:00 on Wednesdays
every other week, in the slot alternate to the Production and Analysis
meeting. This does push the meeting late in the day for our colleagues in
the UK. so if there are matters you would like to discuss we will put you
first on the agenda.

This is short notice, but a lot has happened since we last met, so I
suggest that we go ahead and meet today at 3:00. I have set up a new
meeting link using zoomgov, and filled out a draft agenda linked below.
Please update as needed.
