[Halld-tagger] [EXTERNAL] photon beam working group mtg

Dear colleagues,

I know about a couple of matters that would be good to discuss at
tomorrow's scheduled photon beam working group meeting, so I propose that
we go ahead with the meeting tomorrow (Wednesday) afternoon at 3:00pm EST.
Edith has an update on work she has been doing related to our request for
better beam diagnostics, and I have an update on the next steps for diamond
radiator fabrication and assessment. We also need to pull together the
final bits we need to finish the photon beam parts of the instrumentation
longevity report. I have assembled a draft agenda in the usual place on the
wiki. Please update as needed.
