[Halld-tagger] [EXTERNAL] photon beam working group today at 3:00

Dear colleagues,

This is a reminder of the GlueX biweekly photon beam working group meeting
today at 3:00. Edith has an update on action being taken within the
accelerator division to improve our understanding of the electron beam
optics as it relates to photon beam collimation. I have an update on work
towards readiness for the CPP run, and toward new diamond radiator
fabrication. Other updates are welcome, please add them to the agenda
linked below as needed.
