[Halld-tagger] [New Logentry] Normalized rho yields after switching off TagM rows 1-3

The first plot shows the accidental-subtracted rho yields in the coherent peak (8.0-8.6GeV). The yields were extracted from ver02 up until run 120800. The REST files for the latest runs are taken from ver01 monitoring, but seem to follow the trend. The dashed line indicates the first run after the rows 1-3 in the TagM were switched off. Afterwards, the tagged yield is almost twice as large.

The second plot shows the yield for tagged photons above 9GeV. The TagH does not show any signs of degradation, the yield is even increasing slightly as a function of time.
