[Halld-tagger] [EXTERNAL] photon beam wg meeting

Hello all,

Please remember the biweekly photon beam working group meeting this
afternoon at 3:00. New things to review this week include the latest
results from tests of different absorbers on the low-energy background in
the photon beam, and how to interpret the results. Plans for further
high-intensity running during the remaining days of the 2023 run period
will also be discussed, as well as anything you have to bring up. Please
update the agenda as needed.
