[Halld-tagger] [New Logentry] rho yield and polarization for full Spring 2023 run

These results were extracted from 2023-01 monitoring ver02 for beam energies between 8.0-8.6 GeV.
No degradation of the polarization can be seen at this point.

On the other hand, a large decrease in the reconstructed rho yields could be observed during the run when normalizing to the number of PS triggers. By switching off the microscope rows 1-3 after run 120894, the the tagging efficiency increased substantially. Since then, a slight degradation can be observed.
