[Halld-tracking-hw] CDC Meeting today

Hi Everyone -

    I set up a Wiki page for the meeting this afternoon. This contains 
the minutes
of the last meetings with the answers to some of the open questions.

-> Glue used: Tra-Con TRA-DUCT 2929
                       Scotchweld 190 & 270

-> Donut/feed-thru tolereances. The 1mil is fine for position accuracy. 
We had
    gone to the .5 mil to improve gluing as we had guessed it would not 
have made
    a big price difference- itdi, so we should back off to 1mil.
