p.s. Will the new board fit in the old adapter board (that mated to the 
old small FDC prototype), of which I have been using a copy for tests 
here? If not do you have a solution for this? (If 2x "no" that's still 
ok, I can solder wires on the preamp board, but it would probably be 
preferable to avoid that.)
