[Halld-tracking-hw] cable strip length

Hi Curtis,

Thanks for the reply. It will be hard to find anything for the braid to 
be less than the length you already have. With a requirement of about 
1.2 cm for the soldering and allowing 2 wire diameters for the bending, 
the required space on both sides of the connector becomes 1.2 cm + 5 mm 
= 1.7 cm. Would 2 wire diameters work? Should Slava consider 2 cm?
