[Halld-tracking-hw] cable strip length

Hi Fernando -

  the following link shows some pictures of wires hooked up (towards the 
bottom):

looking at these, it looks more like three wire diameters to get them 
bent unless we can
come up with something else clever (an l-shaped draid holder?)
